Placing an order
Once you have selected the items you require then you can place your order through the on-line shopping basket which will process your order and payment. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you can email us direct with your requirements by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have given us your order we will arrange to send you an invoice for the total value of the items plus postage which you can then pay through Paypal.
Postage and Shipping Charges
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your placing an order. At the time of placing your order you will be given a number of delivery options from which you can make your selction based on both cost and speed of delivery. Because of the difficulties that we have encourtered in sending items outside of Europe we no longer ship outside of the UK or Europe.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase that you make from us. We try to offer our products at the best possible price. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.
If you decide within seven working days that you would like to return an item purchased from our website you can return it to us and we will refund you the cost of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. This does not apply to any items personalised or produced to your specification.
To cancel you can e-mail us, or write to us at the address detailed below within seven working days of delivery of your items to you. You must take reasonable care of the items whilst in your possession and you must also make arrangements for retunring the items to us at the address detailed below. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
